In 1991, The Will Writing Company became an early founder member of the Institute of Professional Willwriters (IPW) which is an established self regulatory body promoting the industry. It is also the only regulatory body in the industry to achieve a compliant code of practice with the Office of Fair Trading. As a member of the IPW this ensures that all of our consultants are up to date with current legislation and are fully trained and qualified to give advice in estate planning.
